FHA Loan Checklist

When you're applying for an FHA loan, the following list of documents will help expedite the process. Past two years W-2's, 1099's and any other necessary tax forms. Most recent 30 days pay-stubs. Self-employed borrowers will need three years tax returns and YTD Profit & Loss Statement. Asset Information Most recent bank statements for the past 3 months. Most recent statement for investment accounts (retirement, 401k, mutual funds, etc.). Personal Information Driver's License or other official State identification. Social Security Card. Any Divorce or Alimony Documents. Green card or work-permit (if applicable).
